Bounce Back GLA:D™ Exercise Program for Osteoarthritis

Feel Stronger, Move Easier, and Take Control of Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis in the hips or knees doesn’t have to slow you down. The GLA:D Exercise Program™ (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) is a licensed, evidence-based program that helps you reduce joint pain, improve mobility, and learn practical ways to manage everyday challenges. Through a combination of guided exercises, education, and self-management strategies, it gives you the tools to move with confidence.
